Take the motorway A1 towards Linz/Vienna. Exit (242) St. Georgen im Attergau. Then take a right towards St. Georgen and take the second exit at the next three roundabouts, always towards Ried/Vöcklarmarkt. After the third roundabout, turn left towards Weißenkirchen and then take the fourth right onto the estate and follow the signs.
